Are there any shipping charges?
No, we offer 100% FREE SHIPPING across India for all orders, whether you choose Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).
How soon will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are:
• Metro Cities: 5–7 working days.
• Rest of India: 6–8 working days.
• Remote Locations / J&K / North East: 7–10 working days.
(Once dispatched, you will receive a real-time tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp and Email).
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
We offer Free Shipping on COD orders. The full order amount must be paid in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive upon arrival.
Note: We may verify COD orders via call/WhatsApp before dispatch to prevent fake bookings.
Miss or Refuse my COD delivery?
Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep causes significant logistical losses. Customers who reject parcels (RTO) will have their COD privileges permanently revoked and will be restricted to Prepaid-only for future purchases
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
At WANGAN, we don't use automated bots because every individual's experience matters to us. To request a return or exchange, simply reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do returns and fees work?
We offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be absolutely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.
• Return Fee: A reverse courier fee of ₹99 per item will be deducted from your total refund.
(Note: Products purchased during flash sales or heavy discounts are strictly non-returnable).
How do Prepaid refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes our Quality Check (QC). For Prepaid Orders, the refund (minus the ₹99 per item return fee) is sent back to your original payment method.
How do COD refunds work?
Since payment was collected at delivery, eligible COD refunds are credited directly to your Bank Account or UPI ID within 24 hours after passing our Quality Check (minus the ₹99 per item return fee).
How can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item only once specifically for a different Size or Color (design changes are not permitted). Please note that a reverse courier/exchange fee of ₹99 per item applies.
• If the new exchanged item is of a higher value, you must pay the extra price difference (along with the ₹99 fee) in advance.
• If the new item is of a lower value, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method after deducting the ₹99 per item exchange fee.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
To claim a missing, wrong, or damaged item, a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid video proof will be rejected.
• If the parcel looks completely tampered with or torn from the outside at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it.
Do I get a discount on prepaid orders?
Yes! You get an instant flat 10% OFF when you pay via UPI or Cards. It applies automatically at checkout—no coupon code needed.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address or contact number modifications can only be made before the order is processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped and a tracking number is generated, no changes can be made to the delivery details.
